Hello! I'm January. I enjoy making (functional) art and jewelry by burning designs onto wood and sometimes embellishing them with paint, string, and/or random hardware. My work is influenced by my belief that art can be seen in the every day. It's always nice to be surrounded by objects that seem so mundane that they actually ignite our minds or helps ease and smooth us over. I hope you find that in my art as I do.
